Item Condition: Please return the item(s) in an unused condition, with their sealed packaging intact, and ready for resale.

For certain situations, we’re pleased to offer extra assistance:

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: If your order didn’t arrive in time and you selected our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service during checkout, we can provide you with a pre-paid returns label.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If your order arrived faulty or damaged (please report this within 48 hours of receipt), or if you received an incorrect/missing item, we can issue a pre-paid returns label for your convenience.

Buyer’s Responsibility:

Under specific circumstances, return shipping costs become the responsibility of the buyer. These conditions include scenarios where the buyer:

• Ordered in error
• Changed their mind
• Ordered the wrong quantity
• Ordered the wrong strength

In such cases, we strongly recommend using a reliable delivery service, like Tracked and/or Signed For, when returning the item(s) to us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit in these situations.
